Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the training course, the participant is expected to:
- Understand the European quality assurance policies in education and training
- Be able to select the most appropriate quality assurance framework
- Design the evaluation framework for school evaluation and/or project evaluation
- Develop evaluation methods and tools
- Conduct the evaluation, analyse evaluation findings and use the results
- Educational material
- Individual codes for 24/7 access to online educational material for self-learning education.
The learning material consists of videos, activities and plenty of resources collected either from online platforms or bibliography. There are parts with instructions and guidelines. Materials are in English language.
Methodology
5 weeks e-learning, one week for each thematic unit:
- Quality: introduction, concepts and policies
- Quality assurance frameworks and standards
- The ISO standards in Education and Training
- Design the evaluation framework
- Data collection, analysis and use of results
The e-learning course is asynchronous. Each thematic unit contains series of videos explaining the theoretical part of the unit. Different types of activities motivate learners to assess their skills and competencies and realise whether they have consolidated the learning material or not. All exercises are mandatory and above 80% is considered a passing score.
The course instructors will also send individual feedback for the exercises.
