Certified Expert BIM "ce-BIM Awareness"

This level is addressed to all construction or facility stakeholders whether in the private or public sector including engineers, architects and owners, facility managers, Operators, designers, construction teams, IT engineers, procurement engineers and project controls engineers

This is a quick orientation session that aims at introducing the participant to the broad meaning of the BIM acronym, its definitions, background, list of applicable standards, implementations, involved stakeholders, added value to the project's lifecycle and the spectrum of applied use-cases and software solutions. Participants will build sufficient awareness about this technology and will be able to understand the true meaning of BIM (Building Information Modelling/Management), its applications and the value it can add to her/his career. Also he will be able to analyze the different options for uplifting his engineering or architecture digital knowledge and skills then select the education or training path that would fit his career progress best. This session is delivered by industry experts with more than quarter of a century of hands-on experience implementing BIM in the international, regional and local AEC sectors.
