Το workshop απευθύνεται σε όσους επιθυμούν να πιστοποιηθούν κατά PMI (PBA) ή IIBA (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP).

Πρόκειται για μια ιδανική επιλογή για όσους θέλουν να πιστοποιηθούν στον τομέα της ανάλυσης επιχειρηματικών αναγκών και να βελτιώσουν την επαγγελματική τους καριέρα.

Learning objectives:

• Advanced Knowledge - Skills and Knowledge have been fully developed through execution of work ranging from small well- scoped work to addressing more complex, unstructured challenges or opportunities. Skills and knowledge required for the competency have become second nature.
• Guides Practice - This is a seasoned practitioner that is sought after for their expertise and guidance in solving or addressing business challenges or opportunities.
• Creates Rules - Actively provides insight to situations that fall within and outside of his/her domain or sphere of influence. In some cases, this will mean addressing new, unstructured business challenges or opportunities.

Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring

• The business analysis approach and techniques used in managing business analysis work, business analysis information and stakeholder engagement in an initiative.

Elicitation and Collaboration

• Obtains and confirms information from stakeholders to address the business need.

Requirements Life Cycle Management

• Selects appropriate tasks and techniques to manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement.

Strategy Analysis

• Defines the most effective way to apply enterprise capabilities to achieve the desired goals and objectives.

Requirements Analysis and Design Definition (RADD)

• Describes tasks and techniques to ensure the requirements and solution design address the business need.

Solution Evaluation

• Assesses the performance and value delivered by a solution being used and recommends actions to realize full potential value.

Η εκπαίδευση γίνεται στα Ελληνικά με Αγγλική ορολογία και σημειώσεις.

Η εκπαίδευση του Master Certificate in Business Analysis έχει διάρκεια 12 εβδομάδες και γίνεται μάθημα μια φόρα την εβδομάδα απογευματινές ώρες 18:30 με 22:30.

Υλοποιούνται 3 τμήματα το έτος: Ιανουάριος, Απρίλιος και Σεπτέμβριος.

Το workshop γίνεται VIRTUAL με χρήση TEAMS ή WEBEX.
